These Terms & Conditions govern all tour packages, bookings, and services provided by RJ Holidays ("we", "our", "us"), based in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. The balance amount is payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking, typically before trip commencement.
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and vary by package, hotel, and season. Please contact us directly for the exact cancellation policy applicable to your booking before confirming.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road closures, permit restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. landslides in Himalayan regions). We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, required permits (e.g. for Ladakh/Sikkim inner-line areas), and travel insurance. RJ Holidays recommends comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.
RJ Holidays acts as an agent coordinating hotels, transport, and local services. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh.
